As an intern in the Network Operations Center (NOC), you’ll monitor our cloud infrastructure, manage incidents using tools like PagerDuty, and support operational excellence. You’ll work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure minimal downtime and robust system performance.
🔧 What You Will Do
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Continuously monitor cloud performance and availability. 📊
- Incident Management: Respond to alerts, escalate critical issues, and assist in root cause analysis. 🚨
- Communication: Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime. 🤝
- Documentation: Update runbooks, logs, and incident reports accurately. 📝

🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 🎓✅
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and networking concepts. 🌐
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems (e.g., PagerDuty) is a plus. 💻
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 🔍
