📌 Job Description
The Research Analyst will work closely with Project Managers, handling all aspects of data collection and field management. Responsibilities include sample and quota design, deployment plans, field work monitoring, managing field-related issues, and coordinating with panel vendors to meet client field objectives. The goal is to exceed client performance targets and deliver actionable insights.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Understand the business of Ugam/Merkle and assist Project Managers in setting up and executing projects. 🤝
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (survey programming, data processing, coding) and vendors (translators, sample providers, etc.). 📊
- Follow work allocation schedules and project plans; test online survey links and manage sampling. ✅
- Prepare project updates, maintain internal tools for project status, and escalate issues to supervisors. 🔍
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas while managing projects with limited supervision (3–6 months). 🚀
- Adhere to communication protocols and operational procedures consistently. 📋
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any field. 🎓✅
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience. ⏳
- Proficiency in MS Office. 💻
