Key Responsibilities
1. Execute Processes with Precision
- Follow predefined guidelines, SOPs, and processes to perform tasks with high accuracy and productivity.
- Maintain detailed records of work, track workflows, and escalate deviations when necessary.
2. Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Work closely with service providers, customer service teams, and operations to identify and resolve service fulfillment issues.
- Partner with program and product management teams to design long-term features and programs that enhance the customer experience.
3. Analyze and Improve Processes
- Audit results, analyze data, and identify trends or patterns.
- Translate customer escalations into actionable guidelines and SOPs.
- Provide feedback to streamline processes and improve team outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools and applications.

Work Schedule
- Be open to working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), with any two other days of the week as your off days.
