Required Knowledge :- ASM Pick & place , head maintenance, Feeder maintenance, SPI Maintenance, Reflow process & it's maintenance, YJ Link Conveyor, laser marking , AOI, Single pin insertion , Hot functional test & deplaning.
Able to maintain the High MTBF & Less MTTR Target.
Responsible for process maintenance of SMT line, Operation and Preventive Maintenance of SMT related machines. Planning predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase Machine uptime & equipment reliability.
Coordinate with other equipment technicians to improve integration of multiple systems within large buildings.
Assist with apprenticeship program by mentoring new technicians and providing constructive feedback to improve quality of work.
Preventative/Predictive maintenance planning and scheduling
Team collaboration across multiple cross-functional areas
Equipment monitoring, analysis, diagnosis, and repair
Troubleshooting and problem-solving in a complex environment
Parts and supply ordering and inventory management
Cost control and continuous process improvement
Your Qualifications
5 to 10 Year of Work experience in mentioned profile (Qualification :- Any Graduate / Post Graduate )
