Job Summary

As an Officer Production reporting to the Manager Production, you will ensure shop floor safety, maintain production plan adherence, and address line issues using problem-solving tools. Your focus will be on minimizing downtime, improving OEE, achieving quality targets, managing inventories, and driving 5S practices to deliver first-time-right products. 🔧📊

What Will You Do? 🤔

• ✅ Ensure safety practices on the shop floor to prevent incidents/accidents.
• ✅ Maintain daily and monthly production plan adherence.
• ✅ Utilize basic problem-solving tools to address line issues.
• ✅ Provide regular updates and escalate line issues promptly.
• ✅ Reduce downtime related to operational issues.
• ✅ Achieve quality targets by ensuring minimal line rejections and first-time-right product quality.
• ✅ Improve and sustain OEE on production lines.
• ✅ Drive productivity projects to improve UPO/UPPH.
• ✅ Manage line inventories and conduct weekly perpetual inventory checks.
• ✅ Post scrap and clear quality rejections in a timely manner.
• ✅ Enforce and drive 5S practices on the shop floor.
