Job Summary
Job profile of Executive-I (Production): Ensure adherence to production processes, execute SAP transactions, update safety & quality records, plan shift activities, supervise teams, and drive 5S for timely, first-time-right production. 🔧📊
Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Ensure production process adherence as per procedures and instructions.
- ✅ Execute required transactions and process records in SAP.
- ✅ Update Safety, Environmental, and Quality records regularly.
- ✅ Report to superiors on production progress and issues.
- ✅ Plan shift activities regarding manpower, machines, and batches.
- ✅ Coordinate with packing and service departments for timely production targets.
- ✅ Address shopfloor issues and minimize production/breakdown losses.
- ✅ Deploy operators per shift ensuring batch charging as per planning.
- ✅ Supervise shift teams (operators & contractors) effectively.
- ✅ Ensure in-process checks are carried out as per guidelines.
- ✅ Complete shift reports and update efficiency records.
- ✅ Capture equipment breakdowns, unsafe acts/conditions, and waste in portals.
- ✅ Ensure smooth shift changeovers with proper handover/takeover.
- ✅ Ensure availability of raw materials, PPE, and consumables.
- ✅ Maintain shop floor and machine/equipment hygiene.
- ✅ Uphold 5S practices in the section.
- ✅ Participate actively in safety, environment & health initiatives.
- ✅ Identify and implement improvement areas in the workplace.
