🔧 Your Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead a production team to execute processes that transform parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely, cost-effective manner. Every day, you will ensure continuous, efficient operations in line with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, quality, and safety standards. You’ll also organize and allocate resources to meet production targets effectively.
- Ensure production scheduling and plans meet volume requirements as per demand plans and inventory service levels.
- Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
- Identify deficiencies in the production area, propose improvement activities, and oversee implementation.
- Manage the resolution of critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.

🎓 Qualifications for the Role
- Engaged in production functions within the switchgear industry.
- Experience: 3-5 years (Bachelor's) or 5-8 years (Diploma) in production planning at a vendor site, leading a production team, capacity calculation, production line balancing, and driving HSE and continuous improvement culture.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management and production handling at supplier premises.
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
