📜 Requirements:
- ✔️ 8+ years in wireless & networking (or 10+ years with certifications)
- ✔️ Strong knowledge of Wireless/RF, Routing, Switching, Secure Access
- ✔️ Experience in configuring complex LAN & wireless environments
- ✔️ Understanding of 802.11, VLANs, STP, OSPF, MPLS, Multicast, BGP, and RIP
- ✔️ Strong communication & presentation skills 🎤
