Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities :-

  • Developing new market and generating new business in the territory.
  • To lead the sales operations of the assigned territory & to achieve the revenue and profitability targets for the region.
  • Responsible for hiring, mentoring and retaining talent in the team.
  • Review and evaluate the team
  • Maintaining relationship with Key accounts
  • Planning to achieve the set targets in Sales through strategic analysis of product mix & market segment mix.
  • Negotiating, and closing mid/large sized business deals.
  • Developing customer base from pharma & chemical industry and identifying growth opportunities for long term objectives.
  • Gather competitor information, potential threats from competition and counter strategies to overcome them
  • To motivate the team to undertake difficult challenges which will bring better results for the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

  • Candidates should possess good engineering knowledge & sound technical understanding.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills are must.
  • Candidates with Electrical, Pharma, chemical, any industrial selling experience can apply.
