Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Developing new market and generating new business in the territory.
- To lead the sales operations of the assigned territory & to achieve the revenue and profitability targets for the region.
- Responsible for hiring, mentoring and retaining talent in the team.
- Review and evaluate the team
- Maintaining relationship with Key accounts
- Planning to achieve the set targets in Sales through strategic analysis of product mix & market segment mix.
- Negotiating, and closing mid/large sized business deals.
- Developing customer base from pharma & chemical industry and identifying growth opportunities for long term objectives.
- Gather competitor information, potential threats from competition and counter strategies to overcome them
- To motivate the team to undertake difficult challenges which will bring better results for the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Candidates should possess good engineering knowledge & sound technical understanding.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills are must.
- Candidates with Electrical, Pharma, chemical, any industrial selling experience can apply.
