Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensures achievement of production targets and guides production team to achieve targets for the respective shift within the given time frame
- Keep a record of all kinds of inputs receives, the capacity of operation, identifies and remove constraints to make optimistic use of Man, Machines and Materials

Directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement
Ensuring employees' discipline and employees grievances are addressed in a timely and proper manner - Manages and maintain a work environment conducive to achieving high productivity, utilizing manpower, materials, and machine correctly
- Directs and controls the improvement of the production process & reduces all types of wastage by proper planning
- Understanding of quality standards & EHS standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OSHAS 18001)
- Should have a thorough knowledge of the process, quality tools and problem-solving techniques (5S, 7QC, 4W1H, OEE, Control plan, SOP preparation, work procedure, PFMEA)
- Coordination with CFT team (Sales / Wearhouse / Quality / PPC / Purchase / Maintenance etc.)
- SAP (PR creation / Part number / Production order confirmation of clean room & non clean room products)
- Experience in filter industry and S4 HANA working experience preferred
Shop floor management with kaizen - S4 HANA routing update
- Daily monitoring report preparation
- Desired Candidate Profile
Education : BTech /Diploma Mechanical
Experience : 2+ yrs (Experience in filter industry is preferred)
