- Design and Development of Component and Product (Plastics / Polymer Based)
- Follow guidelines as per SOP’s
- To setup machinery and Line for the product segments
- Validate and Engineer Die Development
- Commercial Estimations and Realization of Part Functionality & benefits
- Documentation and Standardization of the Parts & Drawings (PPAP)
- Development of Products and Moulds/die in 3D - Autodesk Inventor / Solid works (Optional)
- Read, Understand and Prepare Part drawings – Autodesk AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Prepare the BOM and identify the part complexity as per DFM Guidelines
- Carryout realization of the prototypes by involving with production.
- Analyse the prototypes as per the standard inspection procedure.
- Support on documentation and Process Study.
