Programming 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC mills, 2 axis CNC lathes.

Fixture and tool design.

Develop work instructions, tool lists, operation sheets and ‘’shop floor’’ inspection methodology.

Machine set-up and operation of complex prototype and production parts.

CNC programming and 3D modeling of complex parts.

experience using the latest revision of Mastercam programming software.

Must have superior computer programming skills in manual

Excellent blueprint reading skills & through understanding of GD&T.

Experienced with metrology tools & processes for part inspection.

Experienced G code programming at the machine control (debug).

Good communication skills, math skills and attention to detail.
