Job Responsibilities and Major Activities / Tasks:
- Be experience in SAP-engineering (NPD) Profile
- Material master - creation
- BOM
- Rate routing
- Production version
- Packaging installation
- Cost Collector
- Tool & Fixture trial at supplier end.
- ECN process study
- Smooth implementation of ECN.
- Tracking the customer built and maintain the safety stock.
- Project tracking & right time escalation if any delay.
- Co-ordination between operation & quality & maintenance team for trails
- Proficient in using Full step for raising PR
- Hands-on experience in weld shop with knowledge about fixture correction according to CMM readings of parts.
- Making of PPAP documents Like PFD, Control plan, PFMEA etc
- Proto typing for Assembly
- Stamping parts process mapping
- RFQ preparation.
- Experience in plant layout, station placement
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Catia & UG is must
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Familiar with the equipment (fixture, transportation system, welding system, sealing system, etc.) in BIW line
- Stable personality, good working attitude, high sense of responsibility, Self-learning ability
- Diploma/Graduate/B.E-Mech./ Tool & Die Design.
