Job Description of Asst. Manager /Dy. Manager-QA
● Responsible for ensuring the product meets established standards consistently including reliability, usability and performance.
● Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
● Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
● Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
● Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
● Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and prepare the report
●
Responsible to investigate lower RFT, OOS, Quality Deviation and return goods and prepare the investigation report.
● Collect and compile statistical quality data
● Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
● Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
● Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
● Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
● Responsible for involvement in ISO audit/FOD audit/Plant audit/QC alignment activities/Document control.
● Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
● Perform dispatch and provide line clearance for the dispatch.
● Responsible to develop Packing material.
● Responsible to maintain supplier qualification documents and compile customer questionnaires
● Responsible to review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
● Responsible for document management systems
● Monitor risk management activities
● Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
