Introduction:
The key responsibility would be to effectively provide Operations and Business Management Services to the 3200 permanent and SI resources for Pan India/Globally.
The resource will be accountable for Resource Management, Vendor Management and Stake Holder Management.
Ensuring all administrative and Operations tasks are carried our seamlessly, catering to commercial governance, colleague engagement, customer service, headcount planning and forecasting.
What will you be doing at Barclays
Resource Management
- OnBoarding and off boarding activities.
- Own resource database and maintain the data accuracy and quality aspect at any given point in time.
- Management of Resource Hiring / extension request process working with Line Managers to complete in liaison with HR and Recruitment team.
- SAP vs BRAINS Reconciliation
- Supply and Demand Management - Manage the manpower demand planning and resourcing processes, ensuring the appropriate tracking, control of change demand as the projects mature through the lifecycle. Capture MTP changes and track them.
- Weekly MI on Resource Management, ensuring correct Headcount is projected to Senior management.
Financial Governance at Barclays
- Working closely with finance to ensure utilization is on track
- Tracking and managing cost spend and recovery of all resources.
- Ensuring payments reconciliations and work closely with COO Ops team on payment clearance.
- Monthly MI and reporting on financials.
- STP/MTP Preparation and tracking with actuals.
Vendor Contract Management
- Point of Contact for all supplier related queries
- Ensure all new supplier engagements submissions are put through local / central approvals – liaising with business and Sourcing
- Proactively work with Sourcing to challenge supplier costs
- PO Raising
- Invoice Management
Administrative and Operations at Barclays
- Lead on all Org design requirements – Future operating model, including special projects
- Well versed with SOM process
- SR Management
- Main POC for the business, HR and WFP on all resource related queries
- Navigator delinquency management.
- Operations Process Control
Stakeholder Management and Leadership at Barclays
- Excellent communication, negotiation and management skills are required to maintain a cohesive relationship with both our external and internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Reporting.
- Work with Program management teams, Respective tech offices to ensure that navigator codes are available at a right time for right people.
Decision-making and Problem Solving
- Manage colleague performance management process Inc. calibration sessions and leading on pay round
- Managing training request for BUK resources and providing approvals.
- Lead on talent management reviews / succession planning
- Coordinate Apprentice and Grad/Intern programmes
- Track recognition and citizenship activity in support of scorecard targets
- Drive employee engagement and success stories
- People Event organisation across the sites
