Process engineering _Automation trainee engineer -ESTA

Key requirement/ responsibility –

Process automation through SPM
Application of robotics /AI in manufacturing processes.
Usage of Implementation of project methodology
Designing, developing and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices.
Creating automated systems/ machines and the software to control them also Preparation of machine specification and parameter optimization.
Conducting research, documenting findings, and presenting reports at meetings
Preparation of project documentation e.g. Drawings and SOP .
Co-ordination with vendor and cross-functional Team for project execution
IoT knowledge and implementation of IoT modules
Time study for the processes.
Identifying areas of weakness in the production line or finished products and making recommendations for improvement
Provide training to the shop floor employees for new processes and process changes.

Add on Skills-

Knowledge of design/automation software’s, Software Languages used in manufacturing
Programming of CNC , VMC machines
Create embedded software design programs.
