Full Job Description
Alfa Laval India is looking for a dynamic Senior Mechanical Engineer for its Pune location who would be responsible to carry out Mechanical engineering activities on development, standardization, or customer projects professionally and to the customers' expectations.
The scope of the role to include below responsibilities:
- Mechanical engineering and design of components, systems and plants to various industries for low to medium complexity projects.
- Preparation of technical specifications and other documents of the project.
- Make technical calculations and verifications.
- Select and design products and solutions based on customer requests and applicable standards and codes
- Deliver input to improve current technical solutions and / or develop new solutions to ensure our competitive advantage
- Participate in verification and project meetings.
- Close cooperation with purchase in handling of suppliers.
What you can be?
- University degree ( B.E. Mech./ Production )
- 5 to 7 years experience as a responsible for production activities / production line manager
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Good written and spoken English .
