Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
- Design / Detail Engineering: Convert all the design calculations, customer specifications and Siemens’s requirements into customer documents, drawings and bill of materials for equipment’s like lube oil system,
- pressure vessels and their accessories in-order to meet the design requirements in line with the customer/quality specifications.
- Hands on experience in AutoCAD, 3D CAD tools (Inventor, NX, Creo) with previous assignments in lube oil system, pressure vessels, heat exchangers etc.
- Work as a team member for maintaining the design process IN ORDER TO complete specifications, engineering drawings, documents, and details to meet the project timelines.
- Support to vendors and manufacturers to resolve manufacturing non – conformances and trouble shooting.
- Support Factory Purchase and Quality to identify potential vendors for factory related items, in the line with SCM guidelines.
- Plan, coordinate, implement and support for developing new product/component/variant in- regards to cost optimization, digitalization, and business needs.
- Well-aware of statutory compliance & product safety requirements.
- Knowledge of Quality Management system

- BE Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in design engineering.
- Conversant with latest Codes and Standards ASME, HEI, TEMA, API etc.
- Knowledge of sizing, design and selection of lube oil system, pressure vessels and heat exchangers
- Good experience in AutoCAD and 3D CAD tool (Inventor, NX, Creo)
- Strong fundamentals in detail engineering (manufacturing drawing and bill of material).
- Team player, proactive and able to provide solution within short time with engineering judgment.
- Knowledge of Quality Management system.
