Project Engineer - Project Management

Your responsibilities and tasks:

Job Responsibilities at GEA vadodara 

• To support Project Manager for project execution activities
• Prepare project schedule, monitor, and control the same for timely completion of project
• Periodic monitoring of costs and project progress
• Coordinate with other functions (Procurement / Control & Automation / Process / Inspection etc) for ensuring project delivery
• Prepare invoice requests for timely invoicing and maintain customer invoicing / outstanding payments summary and follow up with customer for receivables
• Prepare PR for project requirements and ensure PO release for the same
• Prepare and coordinate HSS/EPCG documentation requirements and import coordination
• Coordinate for timely dispatches of project items
• Prepare weekly timesheets and project reports.
• Work cooperatively with project team, other functional departments and demonstrate work ethics.
• Support site for installation, satisfactory commissioning, and handover of project

Your profile and qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

BE / B Tech / Diploma

Mechanical / Dairy & Food Engineering

Years and Type of Experience:

3 to 5 Years

Should have experience in Project execution of EPC projects as project engineer

Specific Skills / Knowledge: required for GEA vadodara 

• Hands on experience in Project execution / management (preferred in Dairy / Food Industry, but not essential)
• Knowledge on Project management tools like M S Project, Gantt Chart, SAP PM Module etc. are preferred
• Familiarity with statutory rules & regulations, Safety practices and Hygiene standards in dairy project management
