ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE
Looking for Assistant Manager - Electrical Maintenance!!!
Candidates with 1 Month of Notice Period is preferrable
Minimum Experience in Automotive Industry: 4-6 years
Job Description:
The Electrical Maintenance Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment within a facility. This role ensures the efficient operation of electrical systems, maximizes uptime, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. The Senior Engineer leads a team of technicians and provides expertise to resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring all work is performed according to industry standards and company policies.
Strong understanding of electrical systems (like Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC), equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
Responsibility included MTTR, MTBF
Leadership experience with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults and failures to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime for CNC and SPM Machines.
1. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance and support for day-to-day activities and professional development.
Allocate tasks and prioritize maintenance activities to ensure that electrical systems are maintained efficiently.
2. Preventive Maintenance:
Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance best practices and procedures (PM, TBM, CBM etc.).
3. Continuous Improvement:
Monitor and analyze electrical system performance and propose improvements or upgrades to optimize energy efficiency, reduce costs, and increase system reliability.
Adhering KAIZEN projects as per monthly projected targets.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical and Electronics (DEEE) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical maintenance with C licence
Salary is not a Constraint for Good Candidates.
