🔍 Job Overview:

Lead the testing strategy and execution of Salesforce applications. Oversee a QA team, automation, and ensure performance across CRM integrations. 🔄⚙️

🛠 Responsibilities:

👨‍💻 Lead CRM testing and automation team
🧪 Define test strategies for functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing
⚙️ Implement automation frameworks for Salesforce modules
🔗 Validate system-wide CRM integrations (ERP, data warehouses, etc.)
📊 Track QA metrics and report insights to senior management
🛠 Automate with Selenium, TestNG, Postman, and integrate into CI/CD
🤝 Collaborate across Product, Dev & Ops teams to ensure QA alignment
📈 Drive quality improvements and continuous learning in QA processes

✅ Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

💼 Experience in Salesforce testing (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, FSC)
🔍 Test Apex classes, workflows, triggers, UI, and integrations
📚 Salesforce dashboards, reporting, and data tools familiarity
🛠 Strong automation scripting & API testing experience
💡 Agile/Scrum familiarity and excellent communication skills
📋 Ability to lead and mentor QA teams
