Manage various production activities, such as winding, assembly, and packaging, to ensure accuracy, optimization, and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with departments and management levels to develop production schedules and minimize downtime.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Follow standard manufacturing processes
- ✅ Control and monitor production processes
- ✅ Allocate operators to meet production targets
- ✅ Collaborate with production, planning, purchase, maintenance, and quality departments
