Job Summary

The Global Quality Assurance (GQA) Engineer supports the Global Quality Assurance Manager in designing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) across Sensia’s departments, functions, and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and management of the Sensia QMS and associated business systems.
• Collate, analyze, and monitor quality performance data and charts for supplier, internal, and customer conformance reporting.
• Participate in product failure investigations, corrective action (CAR) investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Assist in developing and conducting QMS training programs.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
• Support supplier evaluation, approval, and ongoing maintenance processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Global Quality Assurance Manager.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or API Q1 standards.
• Understanding and application of continual improvement and problem-solving techniques (FMEA, 8D, A3 Problem Solving).
• Ability to lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, etc.).
• Proficient knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ASME IX, ASME B31.3, ATEX, PED, API, etc.).
• Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt certification.
• Membership in ASQ, CQI, IRCA or similar organizations.
• Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, or Supplier Quality Professional certifications.
• Other relevant quality qualifications (assessed on a case-by-case basis).
