🔧 Job Purpose and Impact
Work in shifts as in-charge and help run the production system efficiently by utilizing full capacity and resources. Gain hands-on experience in solar manufacturing and contribute to continuous process improvements. 🔧💡
🔧 Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute shift production targets & complete projects as per timelines. ⏱️✅
- Maintain discipline and order on the production line; report any regulation violations. 🚨🤝
- Manage a team of at least 50 operators per shift. 👥💪
- Execute action plans defined by the shift manager. 📋🚀
- Monitor, control, and recognize operator performance. 📊⭐
- Lead daily shift activities and communicate with seniors and operators. 🗣️🤝
- Take immediate safety actions during the shift. 🛡️⚡
- Train and develop team members/operators. 👩🏫💡
- Prepare and revise SOPs, Control Plans, and related documentation as required. 📑🔧
- Prepare shift MIS reports and discuss with supervisors. 📊📝
- Perform rejection analysis and suggest improvement actions. 🔍📈
- Drive continuous improvement in yield, throughput, and cost reduction projects. 💡🚀
- Respond to customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are taken. 📞✅
- Stay updated on external developments in solar cell processes. 🌐🔧
🎓 Profile & Eligible Criteria
- (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Electronic & Communication) from a reputed engineering college. 🎓✅
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 🗣️🤝
