Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Manager - Maintenance to join our team in Nagpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and uptime of various machinery and utilities. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and implementation of TPM PM Pillar Activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting of mechanical power presses and EOT cranes.
- Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems on presses.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain P.M. uptime, MTTR, and MTBF of various machinery.
- Plan, control, and monitor spare parts inventory.
- Implement TPM PM Pillar Activities.
