Dariba Workshop, IndiaWe are hiring of Sandvik Engineer Trainees (SET) from the specialisation of Mechanical /Automobile / Electrical. Sandvik hires SET’s and grooms them for future manpower needs in our Service business (Maintenance Job). Sandvik has a strong business line of Parts & Service, where we help our customers to maintain the Sandvik equipment’s to the best conditions during its life cycle.
Our next batch of SET program starting tentatively from 1st April 2022 & we are inviting applications preferably from 2019,2020 & 2021 batch passout Diploma/BE with 1-2 years’ experience in HEMM Maintenance.
All the candidates are groomed over a period of 12 months at our Training Academy & our customer mines sites under strict supervision of Sandvik certified coaches & Trainers.
SET Program Details:
All SETs would be trained intensively on Sandvik Product so that you perform and grow with the company. Candidates will be given professional training on a systematic plan for 12 months & will be going through a regular process of evaluations. Initial 3 months classroom training at Training Academy – Dariba(Rajasthan) + 9 months of on the job training at customer mine site anywhere in India. On completion of 12 months, candidate will enter into 6 month Probation, a final assessment will be taken on 18th Month, the result of this assesment & feedbacks will describe & ensure a candidate’s position inside Sandvik Mining & Rock Solutions Service Team. We are looking for Application oriented learners , who are good at knowkedge acquiring, Skill honing and applies them to deliver result. Successful candidates will be posted at various customer mine sites PAN India.
Eligibility Criteria :
10th (SSC) / 12th (HSC) : Minimum 50% Diploma/B.Tech : Minimum 50% (Mech/Auto/Electrical)
Compensation & Benefits:
- INR 32,000 Gross per month + Site Allowance
- Medical Insurance Policy – INR 7,00,000 (self & family)
- Insurance Polices covering Death & disability
Important Clauses:
- If you remain in the services of the company till 36 months from joining, you shall get a one time loyalty bonus of 6 months Gross Salary.
- Also, if you decide to leave Sandvik before 36 months, company reserves right to recover INR 1,50,000 as Training fees.
