Undertake independent projects to develop thorough understanding of manufacturing operations, generally supported by mentor or work guide. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision / prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.X

Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the blade manufacturing process from designing up to deliver.
- To undertake learning & improvement project for strengthening the learnings in Supply Chain, Material Sourcing, Manpower Management, Productivity Improvement, Lean Project Implementation, Quality Improvement and Cost - Cash & Profitability Optimization.
- Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline like SQPCDM. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Contributes to the activities of the teams across assignments.
- Partners with teams from within the business unit to specify needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Contributes to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills. Provide project report and presentation to work guide and leadership team at regular interval.
- Works within a team setting and / or under guidance from Assignment Manager.
Required Qualifications
- - Bachelor of Engineering from accredited university or collage.
