This role requires operating machines, executing shift plans, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, and collaborating with HPT cells for optimal performance. 🚀
🛠 Key Responsibilities at GE Aerospace:
✅ Operate and execute TIG Robotic & Mechanized Welding as per shift plans
✅ Modify Robot Co-Ordinates for welding quality improvements
✅ Perform TCP, Mastering, and Synchro calibration
✅ Analyze robot angles, programming, and welding parameters
✅ Conduct visual inspection of weld defects
✅ Monitor and troubleshoot robot welding performance in real-time
✅ Implement POKA YOKE and prepare work instructions
✅ Troubleshoot welding defects and ensure compliance with 2D drawings & GD&T
✅ Weld stainless steel, Inconel materials, tubes, air manifolds, and sheet metal parts
✅ Plan and execute fabrication projects while maintaining high safety & quality standards 🎯
