Customer Service Engineer | GE HealthCare

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer representatives.
  • Install, maintain, and service GE HealthCare imaging equipment (CT, MRI, PET-CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, etc.).
  • Ensure **customer satisfaction** by resolving equipment issues and optimizing system performance.
  • Support business growth by identifying service opportunities and training customers.
  • Manage warranty and preventive maintenance contracts effectively.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including completing FMIs and PMS inspections on time.
  • Share best practices and maintain compliance with **ISO 9001** and GEHC Service Quality Policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical & Electronics, Biomedical, or Instrumentation Engineering**.
  • Minimum **2+ years** of experience in servicing **medical imaging equipment** (CT, MRI, PET-CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex multi-symptom technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
  • Experience interfacing with both internal teams and customers.
  • Fluent in **English**; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on a **rotating on-call schedule**, including weekends.
