Customer Service Engineer | GE HealthCare
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer representatives.
- Install, maintain, and service GE HealthCare imaging equipment (CT, MRI, PET-CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, etc.).
- Ensure **customer satisfaction** by resolving equipment issues and optimizing system performance.
- Support business growth by identifying service opportunities and training customers.
- Manage warranty and preventive maintenance contracts effectively.
- Handle administrative tasks, including completing FMIs and PMS inspections on time.
- Share best practices and maintain compliance with **ISO 9001** and GEHC Service Quality Policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical & Electronics, Biomedical, or Instrumentation Engineering**.
- Minimum **2+ years** of experience in servicing **medical imaging equipment** (CT, MRI, PET-CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex multi-symptom technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
- Experience interfacing with both internal teams and customers.
- Fluent in **English**; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on a **rotating on-call schedule**, including weekends.
