📝 BIM Execution & Planning:

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans for various projects. 📊
• Prepare BIM clash reports and resolve issues for smooth project flow. ⚡

📐 BIM Project Setup:

• Set up BIM models according to client specifications and project requirements. 🏗️
• Ensure compliance with BIM deliverables for each phase of the project. ✅

💻 3D Modelling & Virtual Construction:

• Create detailed 3D models using Revit and other BIM software. 🖥️
• Virtually construct and pre-construct project designs for seamless implementation. 🚧

🔧 Technical Coordination & Support:

• Coordinate with technical disciplines such as Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil teams. 🏢
• Resolve technical queries and ensure project progress is on track. ⚙️

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in Revit for creating models and drawings. 🖥️
• Strong understanding of BIM LOD (Level of Development). 📈
