Experience

Minimum Associate degree; Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree preferred

5-8+ Project Management experience on 33 to 400kV Turnkey Substations of Category C & S. GIS Turnkey Substation with Civil Works experience is more preferred

PM @ Siemens certification is a MUST.

Prior experience or Good Knowledge on Bidding / Tendering / Marketing of 33kV-400kV Turnkey Substations preferred

Prior experience or Good Knowledge on Control & Protection and Substation Automation for 33kv-400kV High Voltage substations preferred

Ability to review project specifications, drawings and project-specific documents to quickly establish the project intent/deliverables is preferred.

Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers

Quick Decision-making ability

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

Perform Project Management in accordance with PM@Siemens preferably.

Ensure Project controlling and budgeting to meet the yearly KPI targets like Revenue, Margin etc.

Ensure efficient risk and contracts/ claim management throughout the project to minimize/ mitigate the risk exposure of the project.

Reduce Non-conformance costs through accurate due diligence during acquisition & implementation phase

Compliance to all processes including EHS, etc. to ensure safe & smooth implementation

Leads the development and negotiation of project variations orders.

Ensure regular communication and project status reporting to management.

Effectively Manage External stake holders and Internal stakeholders

Effective site management to ensure timely installation and commissioning of steam turbines.

Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing; coordinate with Accounting team and Operations Manager.

Liaison with various departments (Engineering, Supply chain, Factory etc.) for ensuring timely delivery of projects within the stipulated costs

Establish claims, suggest alternate solutions & vendors and other add-on opportunities for margin improvement

Facilitate smooth handing over to the Lifecycle Management (LM) / Service team for warranty / Maintenance phase.

Maintain client satisfaction at all stages to ensure repeat business from existing account / vertical
