JD – Capital Market Advisory (CMA) Practice – Senior Analyst / Associate / Assistant Manager
Our CMA practice under the Deals platform is looking for a Senior Analyst / Associate / Assistant Manager in Mumbai / Bangalore/ Delhi. The CMA practice helps listed clients streamline their investor relations program and effectively communicate their equity story by engaging with the institutional investors & analysts. The practice also assists pre-IPO clients to formulate and execute their IPO strategy.
About the role
In this role you will support the Manager / Director and help execute key deliverables across multiple clients. Based on skills, you would also be leading accounts on your own.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse financial statements and ratios
- Craft investor presentations
- Write press releases and other financial material like MD&A
- Data mining from multiple sources (research reports, databases, exchange websites, company websites etc.)
- Preparation of shareholding and stock movement reports
- Track, analyse and summarise research notes on the client and the peers
- Facilitating connects between the client and the targeted investors/sell-side analysts
- Provide insights to the management regarding investor/analyst feedback, perception and competitive intelligence
Skills / Qualification required
- Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation and attention to detail
- Self-driven, team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, dedicated to contributing towards the outcome desired by the team
- Strong excel and ppt skills
- Aptitude to grasp new (sector related) concepts and effectively produce results
- Exceptional problem-solving skills – analytical, innovative and creative
- Candidate must be hands on with databases like Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Capital IQ etc. (not necessarily all)
- MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA is a must, post qualification consulting/ investor relations experience of 1-5 years
- Willingness to travel on-site to client locations
