YOUR TASKS
Preventive Maintenance
- PM planning, execution and completion in SAP
- Planning of supports for execution
- Getting acceptance from Production

Spares consumption booking and machine history card updating
Breakdown Maintenance
- Acknowledgement of Breakdown report.
- Breakdown troubleshooting and getting acceptance from Production and Quality
- Working hands on
- Breakdown analysis and CAPA planning, execution and monitoring.
- Spares consumption booking and machine history card updating.
Spares Management
- Identification spare parts requirement from lines
- Provide requirement to Maintenance store as well as seprior
- Follow up for procurement of spares
- Maintain inventory as per requirement min max stock level
MIS
- Updating and monitoring of Daily Work Management.
- Updating and monitoring of MTTR, MTBF, Equipment availability etc at Shop Floor board
Other Requirements
- Good knowledge of Hydraulic , Pneumatic systems, LM Guides & Fixtures
- Basic Knowledge of PLC programing , HMI, Servo Drives, Vision Camera and other sensors
- Basic Knowledge of Generators, Compressors, Chillers, AHU & Electric Power Systems
- Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 & EHS systems.
- Ability of independent breakdown analysis, judgment and problem solving
Your Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics / instrumentation Engineering.
- Min 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience on Plant & Utility Maintenance
- Good oral, written communications skills in English & Hindi
