Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Safety/CIP culture throughout the organization, promoting lean, continuous improvement and waste elimination in all activities.
  • Ensure monthly planning & communication of output based on forecast.
  • Awareness on SAP PTS module is preferred.
  •  Production planning & control as per HEIJUNKA.
  • Ensure end to end execution to meet customer required delivery date.
  • Good communicator, presenter and team leader.
  • Drive improvement activities to support and meet safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
  • Improving efficiency by analysing and planning work flow, space requirement and equipment layout Analyzing product and process reports, summarizing information and trends.
  • Smooth plant operations in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Required: B.E. Mechanical

No of years: 2 -4 years
Specific experience requirement: Production planning and control, experience of SAP activities control on machining & assembly.
