About the Team
PM COE is a subset of the Delivery Assurance Team involved in planning, executing & operationalizing projects with the Flipkart CX Team. As part of PM COE, all projects are executed with a defined framework that ensures better performance through consistent processes from time to time to deliver high IMPACT project outcomes.
About the Role
What you’ll do:
Drive projects in the defined structured framework
Act as a central POC for the projects managed through best practices, standards, guidance & execution support
Work with stakeholders to articulate goals | objectives | measures. Thereby not letting them get so caught up in the day-to-day turmoil that it loses its vision
Ensure continuous improvement of PM practices to meet the demands of the volatile & dynamics processes within CX
Take complete responsibility of project outcomes, identify problem statement along with root cause by self analyzing certain workflow or partnering with cross functional teams and appropriately documenting and quantifying findings in a specified manner
Regular status update to all Stakeholders & Leadership team on the progress status
Check effectiveness of solution implemented with appropriate metrics and measurement system
Clear & forward looking view for deliverable | key milestones with a definite start | end dates
Help in building central repository of all projects executed & act as the governing body within CX
Performing any other duties as assigned by Sr,.Managers
What you’ll need:
Good articulation skills, ability to both understand and explain information in a procedural fashion
Ability to think through multiple dimensions, having passion to go above and beyond in order to discover and anticipate project needs
Skill set to gather & join multiple information / data points and derive logical conclusions and make decisions
Data Visualization, Excel & MS Office / GSuite
Good presentation skills
Teamwork: Should be able to collaborate with various process owners, technical resources & Leadership
Minimum 6 months of experience in Project Management Support is preferrable
