Job Description


Looking for a highly driven and hands on Leader to Head Electrical Operations for Masters India.


Must have strong technical skills to lead the electrical, instrumentation and automation related work in plant projects along with strong leadership skills to build a thriving team to support plant operations.

What you will do:
Provides technical expertise and supervise team of product and plant engineering on E&I and automation front.
Should demonstrate technical leadership during detailed design work in product and plant engineering.
Achieves optimal electrical system operational efficiency by developing and maintaining electrical systems.
Accomplishes operational objectives by recruiting, onboarding, and managing employees.
Meets departmental financial objectives by forecasting requirements and challenges, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Plan and Monitor safety, health and environment (SHE) measures in Electronics & Instrumentation department


Qualifications


Job role requirement:

Graduate from Engineering (Electrical) background with 10+ years of experience in managing electrical operations, instrumentation and automation for rolling mill. Preferably from rolling mill industry.

Skills Required
Expertise in developing, implementing and reviewing Electrical & Instrumentation design documents
Knowledge of field instrumentation, PLC systems and applications
Adept in Industrial Automation systems includes Programming, Trouble shooting in PLC Ladder, Structured Text, FBD, SFC (Rockwell Automation) and SCADA installation.
