Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1) To chalk out product feasibility from Simultaneous engineering for vehicle assembly.
2) To prepare budget as per the instructions and guidance of seniors
3) Stage by stage process planning for complete vehicle assembly.
4) Preparation of Process sheets and DCP documents.
5) Simultaneous engineeing & Vittual simulation using softwares like 3D Experiance, Catia etc
6) Front loading of data with R&D team and getting in implemented. Lessons learnt of old projects & Must & Wanted sharing with Engg. team and tracking for getting it implemented.
7) To meet project deadline of dies planning and execution as per project
8) First time right process planning and product feasibility
Experience
2-8 years’ experience in Automotive / Truck & Business
Industry Preferred
Automobile Industry
Qualifications
Degree ( Mechanical / Automobile/production) , Preferred - Degree Engineer with relevant experience in Assembly line.

1) Able to make status reports
2) Effective communication with peers - Designers, Launch team & quality team.
3) Target oriented & self driven
4) Have good Computer knowledge.
5) Good team player with flexibility to blend in new team
6) Work proactively to solve the problem
7) Innovative and creative and has past record in this area
8) Good verbal and written communication as well as spoken skill.
9) Quick learner.
