Report to:
Assistant Manager
- Adherence to Hindalco HSE standards, mobile equipment and electrical safety task force implementation, following all HSE related – daily KPI, various audit requirements, EMS, OHSAS, Internal external audit, JSA support for all kind of project and maintenance activities.
- All Electrical Liasioning and statutory compliance related to maintenance. Will work as Electrical safety officer.
- Upkeep of all utility related equipment with timely preventive and predictive maintenance to support round the clock production.
- Do follow all site Quality related – all Internal external customer audit fulfillments.
- Resolving issues in plant equipment where your specific expertise is needed across plant.
- Spare part / inventory and manpower management
- Ensure compliance to planned maintenance and implement safe working practices in all aspects of the job role.
- Communication of related issues to reporting manager
- Achieve targets as per defined KPIs
- Material Management (Spares, consumables & tools)
- AMC management
- Tasks not mentioned above but arising out of situation as per instructions of manager or Directors
The role holder will be a part of our team that will improve reliability of equipment by implementing best practices in the industry hence knowledge of maintenance & trouble shooting strategies, root cause analysis, spare management is must. Exposure to PLC is added advantage. The role will provide you with the opportunity to implement new ideas to improve equipment performance
