Maintenance Specialist

You will be working as Maintenance Specialist and will be the part of Electrification business area for Smart Buildings division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Production Supervisor and will be responsible for supporting the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes, correctly using machinery and equipment on the shop floor, reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels
Your responsibilities
- Conducting all types of assembly work to produce a semi-finished or final products/systems/panel, including the packing where integrated with production lines
- Working to be done manually or by using light hand tools, including regular quality testing as part of a defined production process
- Having skill set on type of products and level of complexity, conducting shop floor operation in compliance with health & safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance
- Operating within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area, solving major technical, equipment's or utilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of production lines
- Adherence of good maintenance practices compliances
Your background
- Bachelors of Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to influence both internally and externally
