As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting new and prospective customers via email and live chat.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in B-Tech / BCA / MCA or any IT streams
Strong and proficient communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, and Javascript are preferred
Strong attention to detail with an ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
The willingness and curiosity to learn new environments and develop new skills.
