Role & Responsibilities
Appraisal Assessing market value of properties offered as security for Loan Land & Building.
Site Visits Visiting properties to assess valuation and progress of work.
Documentation Verification of documents like building approvals, plans, estimates etc. to ensure compliance with applicable building rules and other applicable regulations.
Recording of site observations and recommending loan amount based on assessment made, documents and site observations.
Managing relationship with customers and channel partners.
Qualification
B. Tech/B.E. (Civil Engineering) with good and consistent academic record.
Good communication in regional Language is preferred.
