Job Objective
Project Construction activities for Mechanical Engineer for projects.
This position will be responsible for all Mechanical erection & commissioning aspects of project including coordination for project Management, Engineering Management, Contractor/ Vendor Management and site management. The plant is a solar manufacturing plant which is forward integration of Solar Cell & Module plant.. . The person should have hands on experience to drive the Engineering coordination & Construction work as per set targets with utmost safety and quality. He needs to coordinate with Consultant/ Engineering team/TC team and lead the site Mehanical team of for timely completion of the installation and commissioning work.

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities
o Coordinate internal resources and third partieContractors for the flawless execution of projects
o Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
o Assist in the definition of projecconstruction t scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
o Ensure resource availability and allocation
o Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
o Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
o Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
o Report and escalate to management as needed
o Manage the relationship with the client, relevant stakeholders & third parties/vendors
o Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
o Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
o Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
