Procurement Specialist

You will be working as Procurement Specialist, reporting to Procurement Team Lead for Electrification Business Area, Smart Power Division based in Bangalore. You will be responsible for executing material purchase requests, according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms.
Your responsibilities
- Adapt corporate contractual framework to the local business needs. Recommend frame agreements to management, ensure approved contractual terms in execution.
- Understanding the customer requirement and floating RFQ’s to suppliers to receive quotes.
- Support in negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions and feedback recommendations for appropriate actions.
- Track goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing as per available guidelines.
- Align supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price.
- Conduct all Supply Chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures.
Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering.
- Experience on SAP Ariba and Service Now would be an added advantage
- SAP Knowledge is must.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
