1. Responsible for planning and execution of production based on schedules.
2. Provide training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
3. Manage and motivate production staff to accomplish production goals.
4. Ensure that team members follow company policies, safety standards and other production related procedures.
5. Ensure that the assembly equipment's are maintained well as required.
6. Prepare periodical production/rejection reports, root cause analysis, CAPA reports etc…
7. Ensure 5s in the work area.
8. Support validation activities of new assembly equipment.
9. Responsible for preparing & maintaining all production related documentation as per QMS requirement.
10. Sound technical knowledge and experience in manufacturing.
11. Good knowledge in ISO 9001/ISO 13485 quality systems.
12. Good knowledge on handling assembly lines/Equipment/Tools.
13. Knowledge in process validation.
