He has to perform TBX area and will be responsible for shift performance on Curing / TBX Bias
Cutter, 3- Roll, Bead Building ,Band Building & Tire Building, area on daily basis as per the norms.
Job Requirements-
1.To control shift 4M (Man, Machine, Method and Material ) in order to deliver safe production with optimum cost and specified quality. To co ordinate between different functions as per requirement.
