Dept - Business material/purchase n new component development. KRA - raw matl cost reduction via VAVE, alternate sourcing, negotiation etc, new comp n tooling dev within target price, localisation, De -risking key commodities n suppliers, imports etc, commitment adherence for Quality, delivery on time,defining strategy for buying/sourcing, n new comp development, leading team of 4 members, presenting APQP status of dept, presenting dept MIS, contingency action to protect n achieve dept targets, excellent leadership qualities, presenting skill, develop healthy relationship with suppliers, familiar in zero base costing of commodities like plastic moulding, sheet metal stamping, wiring harness, maching turned components, rubber, surface treatments, electronics semi conductors, EMS pcba etc.
