Roles & Responsibilities:  The YEP will be taken as Trainee Engineers and will undergo training for 6 months. The first 4 months will be focused on training them across all our departments. Along with training, trainees will also undertake projects in major departments. The objective of the first 4 months is to make them techno-commercially qualified generalists. On completion of the 4 months of training and projects, the trainees will be allocated to departments/teams. The following 2 months will be focused on making them specialists in their future functions.

Eligibility

• Graduate Engineers with aggregate percentage not less than 70% with no Backlogs. Specialization in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, Telecommunication and Mechanical.
• Willingness to work with a Service Contract of 30 months.
