Job Description:
Responsible for Material Receipt & Issue in Store,
Shift management thru team of shift Store Associate,
Documentations of Material (Supplier Invoice & Material Issue Slip).
ISO/TS/OSHAS Related activity in Store.
Material Receipt & Issue Enter in SAP on Daily Basis through G.R & Issue Slip,
Weighment of Incoming & Out going Vehicle Gross Weight & Tare Weight.
Material Self Life Monitoring on Daily Basis,
Daily Scrap Monitoring & Manage in Scrap Yard on Daily Basis,
Scrap Sale as per Sale Contract, Scrap Weight & follow-up for payment
General Consumable Material Receipt & Issue.
BOP & Raw Material Issue in Production as per Shift wise Requirement, as well as Lot Control in Material Issue.
FIFO maintain in all Item in Store.
Daily Major BOP Stock Taking & Update the Board,
Monthly all material Inventory Taking in Store
5S Activity on Daily Basis in Store Area (Scrap Yard & BOP Store as well as Raw Material Store)
