Technical Management

- Understands and interprets the technical requirements as per the project specification and checklists
- Ensures to acquire awareness of local and international standards as well as those required by the customer

- Keeps abreast of the technical skills/knowledge required for the role and shares knowledge with the team. Provides inputs to enhance team productivity
- Responsible for contributing to presentations, demonstrations to the potential customers and for publishing technical papers under the guidance of Project Lead/Project Manager

- Responsible for analysing the issues/challenges in day-to-day tasks and propose/support development of solutions in consultation with Project Lead/Project Manager

Technical Focus Areas
- Project experience in the field of Electrical Engineering which includes Design Engineer, Onsite-Coordinator, Project Management, Application Engineer, Proposal Specialist, Electrical Design Drafter & Schematic Engineer (for LV & MV switchgears), Plant supporting Engineer for Switchgear plants and Project engineer (Electrical schematic design) for low voltage control systems.
Hands on experience on Eplan, Zuken E3, AutoCAD for creation of Electrical schematic, Single line diagram, Wiring list, BOM & well versed with CREO/Solid Works for Mechanical general arrangement drawings.- Create Schematics, Formboard drawings, Installation drawings & 3-D model with the help of defined ‘Standard E3/Creo template’ & ‘Design guideline manual’
Create, design and deliver Schematics & Production lists for the Automation System project- Understand the Customer Technical requirements from Order input documents.
- Identify requirement of any new components in E3 database or features.
- Create 1-Line, Bus Topology &Schematics with the help of Rolls-Royce defined ‘Standard E3 template’ & ‘Design guidelines manual’.
- Create Production lists (Device List & Cable List) in E3-Enterprise.
- Provide solution to a variety of engineering problems involving Control Panel Design, Cable Harness Design & Cable Routing.
- Design & Drafting of cable harness, control panel using CAD tools (Zuken E3S, ACAD).
- Interface with internal and external customers regarding electrical issues for specific project.
- Designs and analyzes electrical systems, equipment and packaging.
- Experience in electrical panel design, cable and harness design using any AutoCAD/ E-plan /Zuken E3S or any other tool.
- Switchgear and auxiliary components selection.
- Calculate load ampere requirements and select proper cables as per standards.
- Understanding of controller Based automation like Digital I/O & Analog I/O.
- Hands on experience in field instrumentation and knowledge about different sensors/ measurement methods.
- Aware of Industrial communication protocols such as Device Net, Ethernet & Ether CAT.
- Create, design and deliver Schematics, Formboard drawings, Installation drawings & 3-D model for the Engine Wiring Harness projects
- Understand the Customer Technical requirements from Order input documents.
- Identify requirement of any new components in E3 database or features.
- Create Schematics, Formboard drawings, Installation drawings & 3-D model with the help of defined ‘Standard E3/Creo template’ & ‘Design guideline manual’
- Good understanding of IEC & NEMA standards and implement in design. Knowledge on SEMI S2 Standards is an added advantage.
- Requires knowledge of systems and software necessary to perform job function such as Team Center, E3S and AutoCAD.
