We are looking for Manager HR (Generalist Profile) for a manufacturing company having Plants in Baroda and Nashik.
Job Location-: Baroda Gujarat
Experience-: Minimum 8 years in HR and 2 years in a leadership role.
Education-: MBA HR

Recruitment and on boarding (Recruitment is done through consultants but the coordination, making of JD and related task)
Employee Feedback and PMS
Training an Development
Representing the HR Department and submitting the HR Documents to the Auditor in different Audits.
